We take great pride in creating small-batch, handcrafted lip balm made with natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, we have a few important policies in place.
All Sales Final (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lip balm products once they have been shipped or opened. This helps ensure the safety and integrity of every product we send out.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Cowboy Tallow Co. LLC within 7 days of delivery at Cowboytallow@outlook.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
